Spa Opening/Closing

Spas can operate all year long but sometimes you are not around or just simply do not want to maintain the spa during the winter months. If this is the case, then we suggest closing the spa for the winter in order to avoid any unwanted surprises due to freezing We can close the spa where we remove all the water from the spa and the pipes underneath the spa. We vacuum and blow through the pipes to evacuate the water and vacuum each jet individually to ensure there is nothing left. We also add some anti-freeze into the spa in case the cover fails. 

 

We can also open the spa when the time comes where you want to enjoy it again. We use a shopvac to clean out the left-over water from the winter and remove the anti-freeze from the pipes. We also wipe down the walls of the spa to clean any unwanted bacteria. We fill up the spa and once it is full, we start it up to ensure everything is working properly.
