Sand Change

Most pools are equipped with a sand filter in order to filter the water and keep the water clean and clear. The sand inside these filter needs to be changed every 5-7 years in order for it to function properly. If your sand is old then the water doesn't pass through easily and results in foggy water or water that will continuously turn green. In order to change the sand, we remove the filter head and vacuum the old sand out of the filter until it is completely empty. We inspect the manifold inside in order to see if it needs to be replaced and we refill the filter with either new sand, filtration stone or glass pearls in order to ensure the nicest quality water.
